Our quality control team outlines the process, check during forming, forging and heat treatment process of the product, this helps to reduce the chance of reworking, time saving before forwarding to quality team final check.

This material control system takes charge of the quality of all incoming material. The incoming material specifications are made sure that they are co-related with Raw Material test certificates of the material. We document all the checks and tests. The material is given internal control number and is recorded for future reference.

The goal of this system is to focus on quality of materials. The test certificates and documents are received with raw materials are well inspected with incoming materials. All these details are properly recorded for future reference and then processed to the internal control team

Third party inspection is based on client's choice. Clients can nominate any third party agency or Panache Industry also can arrange renowned third party inspection agency, it totally depends on clients wish
